ADMINISTRATIVE SALES ASSISTANT
40 hour per week position
The Administrative Sales Assistant is responsible for providing support to the entire Sales Department, as well as, assists other departments as needed. This position requires outstanding organizational skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritize work duties, in a fast paced work environment, strong computer skills along with experience in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook programs.
Daily/Weekly duties include but are not limited to:
Ø Data Input
Ø Daily & Weekly Reports
Ø Maintain accurate records
Ø Create proposals
Ø Assists Sales Staff to maintain accurate records
Ø Coordinate Company events

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. The applicant must have the ability to use standard office equipment (i.e., computer, copier, and fax machine), computer literate, and travel extensively to local clients' facilities and promotional events. Applicant must have Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.
